Services include a full fitness facility with cardio and strength equipment, certified personal trainers to develop individual programs and nutritional advice, dietary supplements, and a stand up tanning booth. Our future plans include taking over the other half of the building and incorporating a fitness studio for pilates, yoga, spin classes and possibly kick boxing, plus new locker rooms with showers and sauna.

Regional Parks and Community Parks

Pass Creek Regional Park and Campground
The park is located at Park Side Road in Robson.

Robson Boat Ramp Regional Park
Owned by the Regional District and managed by the Regional District’s Castlegar and District Recreation Commission. The park provides a boat ramp and is designated as a waterfront access park.

Zuckerberg Island Heritage Park
The Castlegar and District Heritage operates this park which offers some short trails and a suspension bridge.

Inland Park 100 5th. St. Millennium Walkway and two ball diamonds .
Oglow Subd. Park 726 Linwood Cres. Picnic area and a nice little creek.
Zinio Park 801 9th Ave. Four tennis courts, bathrooms, play and picnic area.
Kinnaird Park 2501 14th Ave. Four ball diamonds, concession, bathrooms.

Covered picnic area, many picnic tables, jungle gym and play equipment. Lots of open and treed space.

Complex Park 2209 6th Ave. Ball diamond, soccer field, picnic area, bathrooms, four tennis courts, treed area with gazebo and picnic tables, jungle gym and play area. Also at this site is the arena complex with swimming pool ice rink sauna-whirlpool and conference rooms.
Brandson Park 2404 6th Ave. Still known locally as the Brandson Pool as there used to be an outdoor pool at this site. Jungle gym and swings large open lawns and picnic tables.
9th Ave. Park 2640 9th Ave. Small neighborhood park. Jungle gym, play and picnic area.
1st Ave. Park (Dumont Subdivision) 2916 1st Ave. Large treed park adjacent to Columbia river picnic and play area, swings.
Cone Hill Park 3500 9th Ave. Jungle gym, basketball court, play and picnic area with lighted winter toboggan run.
Tamerlane Park 1327 Forrest Rd. Small neighborhood park. Jungle gym, play area, picnic table.
Zuckerberg Island 901 7th Ave. Suspension bridge to wooded island where you can sit on the river bank and see the confluence of two of the greatest rivers in British Columbia the Columbia and the Kootenay. Picnic areas, nature walks
